As the SEMPRE project is approaching the end of its lifetime, the project partners coordially invite you to Riga (Lativa) on 27-28 November 2018 to present the results of the project but also reflect on social innovation and empowerment in a wider context - experts, academics and practicioners from around the Baltic Sea region will frame the conferences theme "Make Empowerment Happen! Changing Mindsets for Better Social Services" and discuss the state of affairs and the future development for a more just, inclusive and empowering social infrastructure in the EU.

The final conference programme is available in the conference section. We are looking forward to hearing our speakers and panelists and to discuss with our conference participants the current and future challenges and opportunities of social innovation, empowerment of end-users and organisational change.

We wish all participants a safe trip - see you in Riga!
